The TDC competition, established in 1953, is the longest running, most prestigious, global typography and type design competition. Now in its 70th year, these awards are all about how letterforms are used and drawn, recognizing typographic excellence and celebrating new typeface designs in all global languages.

Description
This project is to create a visual image and identity for "Give It A Shot", the theme of BOK FESTIVAL. BOK Festival is an annual theatre festival in Macau. It was started in 2013 by the Macau non-governmental art group, Horizon Macau Theatre Group.
In the visual images, we use colors black, gray, and white to create "light" and "shadows", which are crucial in theatre performance. The mirroring effect of the letters expresses the artistic concept of the event - "the reality" vs "the world on the performing stage".
In between the real and the surreal, there's the charm of theatre performance.
